The invention discloses a humidity-adjustable building material. The humidity-adjustable building material comprises, by weight, 10-30 parts of superabsorbent resin, 20-40 parts of a calcium chloride solution, 5-15 parts of a carbon fiber, 20-40 parts of gypsum, 10-15 parts of diatomite, 1-5 parts of nanometer zinc oxide, 3-5 parts of a retarder, 5-8 parts of Portland cement, 0.1-2 parts of a thickening agent and 0.5-1.5 parts of an antibacterial agent. The material can automatically absorb or release water vapor with the change of the indoor humidity in order to control the humidity constant, has an obvious humidity adjustment effect and a fast absorption and release speed, saves energy, and also has deodorizing and sterilizing effects to purify indoor air and ensure the comfort of human bodies.
