The invention provides a bacteriostatic building material with adjustable humidity. The bacteriostatic building material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.2-2.4 parts of a preservative, 2-3.2 parts of hollow glass beads, 4-8 parts of n-butyl alcohol, 6-9 parts of an active odor absorber, 4-7 parts of cement, 5-8 parts of a mixed solvent, 6-9 parts of polypropylene ester, 15-25 parts of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), 4-7 parts of an inorganic thickener, 12-26 parts of conch powder, 6-9 parts of Portland cement, 5-7 parts of an antibacterial agent and 7-11 parts of gypsum. The bacteriostatic building material with adjustable humidity, provided by the invention, has the beneficial effects of having effects of deodorizing and inhibiting bacteria, being good in humidity adjustment and good in sound insulation effect, and being environment-friendly.
