Glass ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a glass ceramic and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of ceramic material processing. The glass ceramic is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of Al2O3, 5-10 parts of CaCO3, 1-10 parts of H3BO3, 0.2-1.5 parts of SiO2, 0-5 parts of Na2CO3 and 5-10 parts of K2CO3. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ball milling on the raw materials, baking, screening, putting the glass raw materials into an alumina crucible, melting, keeping the temperature at 1450 DEG C for 1 hour, pouring into deionized water, and carrying out water quenching to obtain the glass fragments; pressing the glass fragments into fine powder in a dry mode by using a pelletizer, passing through a 60-mesh screen, carrying out ball milling for some time by using a planetary ball mill, passing through a 200-mesh water sieve, and drying to obtain the required glass powder; and mixing the prepared glass powder and alumina in a certain mass ratio, carrying out ball milling, drying, screening, granulating, preparing a green compact under the pressure of 100 MPa, sintering at 700-900 DEG C, and cooling to obtain the required glass ceramic. The glass ceramic has the characteristics of low dielectric constant, small dielectric loss, high bending strength, no lead, environmental protection and the like.
