Microwave dielectric ceramic powder with low dielectric constant, and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a microwave dielectric ceramic powder with a low dielectric constant. The microwave dielectric ceramic powder comprises, by mole, 25 parts of CaCO3, 5-22 parts of MgO, 45-50 parts of SiO2, 0.1-4 parts of Al2O3, 0.1-15 parts of ZnO and 0.1-10 parts of CoO. A preparation method of the microwave dielectric ceramic powder comprises the following steps: mixing all the above raw materials according to mole parts, fully melting the raw materials in a 1350-1450DEG C high temperature furnace, pouring the molten raw materials into deionized water, and quenching to obtain a granular substance; and drying the granular substance, heating to 700-850DEG C, carrying out heat insulation, carrying out furnace cooling to room temperature, and crushing to the average particle size of 0.5-3[mu]m in order to obtain the ceramic powder. The ceramic powder prepared in the invention has a low sintering temperature, can be co-roasted with a metal silver electrode, and can well meet the low temperature co-roasting technological requirements of a multilayer device on the ceramic material, and ceramic prepared by using the ceramic powder has a low dielectric constant, a high quality factor and good industrial application values.
