The invention discloses a production system of a porcelain tile. The production system comprises a coal cinder preprocessing device for preprocessing coal cinder, a mixing device which is connected with the coal cinder preprocessing device and used for blending and mixing production raw materials of the porcelain tile, a forming device which is connected with the mixing device and used for pressing and molding the production raw materials after blending and mixing, and a sintering device which is connected with the forming device and used for sintering a pressed and molded green tile; the coal cinder preprocessing device comprises at least one magnetic separation device, a ball mill, a de-ironing device and a settlement tank which are sequentially arranged. The porcelain tile produced by the production system is high in whiteness and high in bending strength.
