The invention discloses a porcelain tile. The porcelain tile comprises raw materials as follows: 15%-35% of sludge, 60%-80% of feldspar and 0.1%-10% of an additive, wherein the sludge is pretreated. The sludge pretreatment comprises steps as follows: (1), the sludge raw material is subjected to sedimentation; (2), the mud is sterilized in an aeration and sterilization pool; (3), the mud is subjected to iron removal by iron removing equipment; (4), the mud is sterilized in a sterilizing and bleaching pool, and a bleaching agent is added to bleach the mud; (5), the mud is subjected to filter pressing treatment to obtain sludge and water; (6), the sludge is dried through drying equipment, and water obtained through filter pressing treatment is sterilized and bleached again in the sterilizing and bleaching pool; (7), the dried sludge is packaged, and a finished sludge product with the Fe content smaller than 0.5%, the Ti content smaller than 0.3% and Mn content smaller than 0.1% is obtained. The porcelain tile has the advantages of high whiteness, high breaking strength, low water absorption and the like.
