The invention provides a double-layer ceramic microsphere with a core-shell structure and a preparation method of the double-layer ceramic microsphere with the core-shell structure. The preparation method of the double-layer ceramic microsphere with the core-shell structure comprises the following steps: (a) in a concentric nozzle, contacting core glue solution with shell glue solution, so as to form a core-shell wrapping agent; (b) adding the core-shell wrapping agent into a gel curing agent, so as to form gel beads; (c) carrying out ageing treatment in the gel curing agent, so as to obtain the gel beads subjected to the aging treatment; and (d) calcining and sintering the gel beads subjected to the aging treatment, so as to obtain the double-layer ceramic microsphere with the core-shell structure. By adopting the preparation method of the double-layer ceramic microsphere with the core-shell structure, the double-layer ceramic microsphere with the core-shell structure can be effectively obtained.
