The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic microsphere precursor and a ceramic microsphere internally provided with a net structure. The preparation method of the ceramic microsphere precursor comprises the following steps: preparing an emulsifier solution; mixing a ceramic substrate component with the emulsifier solution to prepare a ceramic microsphere precursor solution; separating powder in the ceramic microsphere precursor solution from a solvent to obtain a ceramic microsphere precursor; the ceramic base material component comprises meta-aluminate and one or more of metal chlorate, metal nitrate and metal sulfate; the emulsifier comprises a solvent, an emulsifier and a surfactant, the solvent is water, and the mass ratio of the water to the emulsifier to the surfactant is (75-85): (0.45-1.25): (0.0075-0.0325). The prepared ceramic microspheres with the built-in reticular structures are high in strength and resistant to high temperature, and a large amount of organic solvents do not need to be adopted in the preparation process.
