The invention provides a preparation process of a refractory plastic material. The process comprises a step of proportioning the raw materials in parts by mass: 60 parts of bauxite aggregates, 10 parts of alumina clinker powder, 6 parts of mullite powder, 9 parts of refractory clay, 5 parts of alumina micro powder, 10 parts of calcium aluminate cement and 0.5 part of an additive. The preparation process of the refractory plastic material provided by the invention does not generate the material damage problem, and thus the technical, economic and social benefits can be achieved that the construction procedure can be simplified, the working condition and environment are improved, the efficiency is improved, and the time limit for a project is shortened.
