The invention provides an anti-freezing foamed cement heat insulation board prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 140-160 parts of portland cement, 15-20 parts of coal ash, 0.5-0.8 part of sodium chloride, 0.4-0.8 part of potassium nitrate, 0.1-0.3 part of quartz sand, 2-3 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 1-2 parts of polypropylene fiber, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium borate, 0.1-0.3 part of calcium stearate, 1-1.5 parts of a foaming agent, 0.3-0.5 part of a foam stabilizer, 3-6 parts of a water repellent and 110-120 parts of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-freezing foamed cement heat insulation board. The anti-freezing foamed cement heat insulation board provided by the invention is favorable in heat insulation and anti-freezing effects, incapable of cracking at low temperature and powdering when suffering from water and capable of adapting to the cold weather in the north.
