The invention provides an anti-freezing composite foamed cement board composed of the following components in parts by mass: 80-90 parts of portland cement, 8-10 parts of fly ash, 1-2 parts of gypsum, 0.6-0.9 part of polystyrene, 1.5-1.8 parts of expanded perlite, 0.08-0.12 part of polyethylene fiber, 0.3-0.5 part of potassium nitrate, 0.3-0.5 part of quartz sand, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium borate, 1-2 parts of aluminum sulfate, 0.2-0.3 part of calcium chloride, 0.2-0.3 part of a foam stabilizing agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of a foaming agent, 2-4 parts of a hydrophobic agent, and 80-90 parts of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-freezing composite foamed cement board. The anti-freezing composite foamed cement board has good tensile strength and compressive strength, and also has good anti-freezing ability.
