Liquid-state permeation hardening agent for concrete substrate and preparation and construction method thereof
The invention provides a liquid-state permeation hardening agent for a concrete substrate with double components of exclusive use or combined use. The liquid-state permeation hardening agent comprises the component A and the component B which are packaged independently; the component A is the permeation hardening agent, and comprises the following compositions in the weight percentage: 60-80% of deionized water, 10-30% of sodium silicate and 5-15% of saturated lithium silicate; the component B is a wear-resisting protective agent, and comprises the following compositions in the weight percentage: 40-60% of crylic acid, 25-45% of deionized water and 5-20% of silica solution. During the using, the concrete substrate is cleaned firstly, then the permeation hardening agent is coated, the wear-resisting protective agent is coated finally, or only one component is selected to be coated according to the needs. The liquid-state permeation hardening agent is non-poisonous, tasteless, non-combustible, and stable in storage, is capable of obviously improving the surface intensity and abrasive resistance of the concrete substrate, preventing the surface weathering and wearing, and prolonging the service life of the concrete substrate; and the liquid-state permeation hardening agent further can prevent the mycete growth, and is specially applied to the severe environment in low using cost.
