The invention belongs to the field of building materials and particularly relates to a two-component permeation type liquid hardening agent and a preparation method thereof. The two-component permeation type liquid hardening agent comprises 35-60 percent by weight of a component A and 40-65 percent by weight of a component B, wherein the component A is a potassium metaaluminate aqueous solution with the mass percentage concentration of 20%-30%; the component B comprises 35-50 percent by weight of an ethyl acrylate aqueous emulsion, 50-60 percent by weight of an isooctyltriethoxysilane aqueous emulsion and 20-30 percent by weight silicon dioxide sol with the particle size of 15-20 nm; the mass ratio of the ethyl acrylate aqueous emulsion to the isooctyltriethoxysilane aqueous emulsion to the silicon dioxide sol is (5-8):(3-6):(10-15). The two-component permeation type liquid hardening agent provided by the invention is applied to concrete floor, the active ingredients of the two-component permeation type liquid hardening agent can deeply permeate to be in hydration reaction with cement, the structure of the treated concrete floor is improved and abrasion resistance and waterproofness of the concrete floor are improved greatly.
