The invention provides a connection device between medium and low speed magnetic levitation turnout beams. The connection device comprises an upper connecting base connected with a first turnout beam and a lower connecting base connected with a second turnout beam; two upright columns protruding upwards are arranged on the lower connecting base; a sliding block is arranged between the upright columns; the sliding block is tightly pressed on the upper surface of a self-lubricated brass plate on the lower connecting base through a pressing plate and is hinged to the upper connecting base through a transverse bearing shaft; the sliding block slides between the pressing plate and the self-lubricated brass plate. The connection device provided by the invention is provided with the sliding block which can slide relative to the lower connecting block in a horizontal direction, so that the beams can oppositely rotate around the transverse bearing shaft, and is allowed to relatively slide in front, rear, left and right directions; two lap beams are pressed, so that the vertical gap between two connecting beams is eliminated, the vertical freedom degree of the beams is limited, and the integrity of the magnetic levitation turnout beams is improved.
