The centering mechanism comprises a mounting bottom plate, and a guide groove is formed in the mounting bottom plate; a sliding block is installed in the guide groove in a sliding fit mode. The slider is fixedly connected with one end of a trolley connecting rod; the other end of the trolley connecting rod is fixedly connected; the circle centers of the front and rear arc-shaped guide groove plates of the guide groove coincide with the circle centers of the front and rear arc surfaces of the sliding block, so that the sliding block rotates around the circle center of the guide groove, and the circle centers of the guide groove and the sliding block are concentrically positioned to the rotation center of the turnout beam linear design. The driving beam can drive a plurality of driven beams to switch only through one driving point, the possible interference and influence of a hinged shaft connecting rod and other structures of the turnout in the length direction, the width direction and the height direction of the turnout are avoided, the feasibility of 1 + 3 type even 1 + multi-type turnout structure design is achieved, meanwhile, due to the fact that no interference or influence exists between a centering mechanism and a trolley part, the stability of the turnout is improved, and the reliability of the turnout is improved. And the overall height of the turnout can be greatly reduced.
提供一种中低速磁浮道岔的定心机构及道岔,定心机构包括安装底板,安装底板内安装导槽;导槽内滑动适配安装滑块;滑块固连台车连杆一端;台车连杆另一端固连台车;导槽前、后圆弧形导槽板的圆心与滑块前、后圆弧面的圆心重合,使得滑块绕导槽圆心转动,且导槽和滑块的圆心同心定位到道岔梁线型设计的旋转中心。本发明主动梁只需一个驱动点就能带动多个从动梁转辙,摆脱铰轴连杆可能与道岔其他结构在道岔长度方向、宽度方向、以及高度方向上的干涉与影响,实现1+3型甚至1+多型道岔结构设计的可行性,同时由于定心机构与台车部分没有干涉影响,可使道岔整体的高度具有大量降低的空间。
