Pile hammer with electric control fuel system
The invention discloses a pile hammer with an electric control fuel system. The pile hammer is provided with an oil storage tank and a plunger pump; a supply oil way, a regulating oil way and a safety sudden stop oil way are arranged side by side between an accommodating cavity of the plunger pump and the oil storage tank; the supply oil way is provided with a check valve, and the check valve allows fuel to flow to the plunger pump from the oil storage tank; the regulating oil way is provided with a one-way throttling valve, and the one-way throttling valve allows the fuel to flow to the plunger pump from the oil storage tank and regulates flow of the oil way; the safety sudden stop oil way is provided with a switching valve, and the switching valve allows the fuel to flow back to the oil storage tank from the plunger pump in an open state of the switching valve; the one-way throttling valve and the switching valve are controlled by a control unit. A pile driver with the system can be suitable for different piling geologies; both operation efficiency and performance stability of the pile driver are improved; compared with the prior art, the pile hammer has the characteristics of simple structure and reliable performance. The throttling valve, the switching valve and the like arranged in the system are all automatically controlled, so that automatic and intelligent control on the pile hammer is implemented.
