The invention discloses a tubular pile cutting and crushing machine. The tubular pile cutting and crushing machine comprises two semicircular cylinder shells hinged to each other through a hinge shaft, wherein a connecting arm is fixedly connected onto the hinge shaft; a professional engineering machine is connected with the tubular pile cutting and crushing machine though the connecting arm; after a hydraulic pipeline is connected, opening and closing driving devices are adopted to control the two semicircular cylinder shells to be opened or closed; sliding components slide on semicircular ring tracks; cutting devices are arranged on the sliding components, and are positioned at the lower ends of the inner sides of the semicircular cylinder shells; sliding driving devices are used for controlling the sliding components to slide on the semicircular ring tracks, so that the cutting devices rotate correspondingly by 180 degrees around the axis of the semicircular cylinder shells, 360-degree cutting can be carried out on tubular piles clamped in semicircular notches, and the tubular piles can be quickly cut off; the cut-off tubular piles are used for intermittently clamping tubular piles through control clamping devices, so that the tubular piles slide downwards under the gravity; crushing devices are used for crushing the tubular piles from bottom to top, and the tubular piles are crushed immediately after being cut; cutting and crushing are carried out automatically, the labor cost is reduced, and working efficiency is improved.
