Double-wall corrugated steel cofferdam
The invention relates to a double-wall corrugated steel cofferdam comprising an inner wall plate and an outer wall plate. Both the inner wall plate and the outer wall plate are circular corrugated steel plates. The inner surface of the inner wall plate is in a transverse corrugated form, forming an inner wall of the cofferdam; the outer surface of the outer wall plate is in a vertical corrugated form, forming an outer wall of the cofferdam; a cavity segment above a river bed surface and an underwater concrete segment below the river bed surface are provided between the inner wall plate and the outer wall plate; the bottom of the cofferdam is made of bottom-sealing concrete. Compared with common underwater double-wall steel cofferdams, the double-wall corrugated steel cofferdam has the advantages that processing and overall connecting are simple and material saving; since the corrugated steel is lighter than the traditional steel plates, the double-wall corrugated steel cofferdam has evidently better conditions of construction period and environment and economic conditions than the submerged reinforced concrete cofferdam; with the unique double-wall corrugated steel plate structure, the corrugated steel plates between the inner wall and the outer wall are connected through bolts, the double-wall corrugated steel cofferdam has better stability than the common cofferdam, and compressive capacity of a pile body is greatly improved.
