The invention discloses a precise adjustment device for a double-wall steel cofferdam. The precise adjustment device is characterized in that a first steel plate and a second steel plate are welded into pipe ports of the right end of a first square hole steel beam and the left end of a second square hole steel beam respectively; a third steel plate and a fourth steel plate are welded into square holes of a third square hole steel beam respectively, the right end of the first square hole steel beam and the left end of the second square hole steel beam are welded to the third square hole steel beam separately, an upper stiffening plate and a lower stiffening plate are welded to a cross steel beam separately, and the cross steel beam is installed and fixed at the top end of a steel casing. Inthis way, the precise adjustment device for the double-wall steel cofferdam is constituted, and four precise adjustment devices are fixedly installed at the four corners of the interior of the steelcofferdam respectively, constructors operate jack control rods so that the jack piton rods can move and push square steel pipe mandrils to move the steel cofferdam, and then precise adjustment of theposition of the steel cofferdam in a large-structure deep water environment is achieved.
