The well seat is coaxially fixedly mounted at the upper end of the shaft. The well lid is coaxially mounted on the well seat. An asphalt road surface is disposed on the upper portion of the top surface of the shaft. The well seat is disposed in the asphalt road surface. The top surface of the well lid is parallel with the asphalt road surface. The shaft is of a reinforced concrete structure, that is to say, a reinforcement cage is disposed in the shaft, and bolts are coaxially and evenly pre-buried in the wall of the shaft at intervals. The pre-buried bolts penetrate the nut holes of the well seat and fixedly connected by nuts. The road inspection well has the advantages that the shaft below the well lid is made of reinforced concrete, the bolts are pre-buried in the shaft, the well seat and the shaft are fixedly and integrally connected by the bolts, and cracks between the periphery of the well lid and the road surface are avoided effectively.
