The invention relates to a spring-arm-type multi-point displacement meter anchor head for a soft soil ground layer. The spring-arm-type multi-point displacement meter anchor head comprises a center axis barrel, an outer barrel, dowel bars, a base plate and a pull rope, wherein limiting components are arranged on the outer wall of the center axis barrel; the bottom end of the center axis barrel is connected with the center of the base plate; the outer barrel sleeves the center axis barrel; the top end of the dowel bar is connected with the bottom end of the outer barrel through a bolt; the spring-arm-type multi-point displacement meter anchor head further comprises spring arm barrel mechanisms with a switch component arranged at the top end; the top end of the spring arm barrel mechanism is connected with the bottom end of the dowel bar through a bolt; the bottom end of the spring arm barrel mechanism is connected with the base plate through a bolt; one end of the pull rope is connected with the switch component; the other end of the pull rope is fixed at the top end of the center axis barrel; the center axis barrel, the base plate and the spring arm barrel mechanism adopt hollow structures; the anchor head is inserted into the soft soil ground layer when being at closed state; when the anchor head is at unfolded state, the spring arm barrel mechanism is at horizontal state, the switch component is switched on, and the top end of the spring arm barrel mechanism stretches and is inserted into surrounding soil. Compared with the prior art, the spring-arm-type multi-point displacement meter anchor head has the advantages that the settling amount of different soil layers in a soft soil area can be reliably and conveniently measured, and ground settlement monitor data can be provided for foundation pit engineering and underground engineering.
