The invention relates to a telescopic arm type multi-point displacement meter anchor head applied to a soft soil stratum. The anchor head comprises a medium shaft barrel, an outer barrel which sleeves the medium shaft barrel, a first-grade force transmission rod which is connected to the bottom end of the outer barrel through a screw knob, an outer ring which sleeves the outer barrel, a bottom plate which is connected to the low end of the medium shaft barrel, a second-grade force transmission force which is connected with the outer ring through the screw knob, and a telescopic arm barrel mechanism which is respectively connected with the first-grade force transmission rod, the second-grade force transmission rod and the bottom plate through the screw knobs; the first-grade force transmission rod, the second-grade force transmission rod and the telescopic arm barrel mechanism are respectively vertically rotated about the screw knobs; the medium shaft barrel, the telescopic arm barrel mechanism and the bottom plate are all of a hollow structures. Compared with the prior art, the anchor head has the advantages that the settlement amount of different soil stratums in a soft soil area can be reliably and quickly measured, and the data for monitoring the settlement of the stratum are provided for the foundation pit engineering and underground engineering.
