A field rainwater collector for an arid mountainous area comprises rainwater collection cloth with an inclination angle, wherein a rainwater taking opening is formed in one side of the bottom of the inclined surface of the rainwater collection cloth; a rainwater taking tank is arranged below the rainwater taking opening; a flow guiding opening is formed in the top of the rainwater taking tank; the rainwater taking tank is communicated with a rainwater storage tank below the rainwater collection cloth; support cloth is arranged at the periphery of the rainwater collection cloth; fixing cloth is arranged on the outer side of the support cloth; after rainwater is collected by the field rainwater collector, a cover is opened, and rainwater is taken out; rainwater falls on the inclined rainwater collection cloth, flows into the rainwater taking opening via an anti-evaporation cover with a filtering function and then flows into the rainwater storage tank via the flow guiding opening between the rainwater taking opening and the rainwater storage tank; and when the rainwater needs to be taken out, the anti-evaporation cover is opened, and then the rainwater is directly taken out from the pot-shaped water taking tank at the bottom end. The field rainwater collector has the characteristics of low cost, simple structure and easiness in implementation.
