The invention relates to sunken type impoundment flushing equipment for a drainage network pipe and application of the sunken type impoundment flushing equipment. The drainage network pipe comprises a drainage pipeline, wherein the impoundment flushing equipment comprises a sunken impoundment flushing weir, a hydraulic cylinder, an electromagnetic valve, a hydraulic pump, a liquid indicator and an automatic control unit, wherein the sunken impoundment flushing weir is arranged in the drainage pipeline and can be raised up to lift the liquid level in the drainage pipeline to obtain flush water to flush the drainage pipeline; the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the sunken impoundment flushing weir and used for driving the sunken impoundment flushing weir to life up and down; the electromagnetic valve is connected with the hydraulic cylinder to control the motion state of the hydraulic cylinder; the hydraulic pump is connected with the electromagnetic valve and provides the hydraulic energy for the hydraulic cylinder through the electromagnetic valve; the liquid indicator is arranged inside the drainage pipeline and used for detecting the liquid level height in the drainage pipeline; the automatic control unit is respectively connected with the electromagnetic valve, the hydraulic pump and the liquid indicator, and used for controlling work of the electromagnetic valve and the hydraulic pump according to the liquid level in the drainage pipeline. Compared with the prior art, the sunken type impoundment flushing equipment disclosed by the invention has the advantages of a good cleaning effect and the like.
