The invention discloses impoundment-drainage desilting equipment, which comprises a top hood, wherein a rotary barrel is connected to the bottom of the top hood; the rotary barrel is movably connected to the top hood; driving teeth are arranged on the rotary barrel; the driving teeth are connected to the rotary barrel by virtue of a driving shaft which is arranged inside the rotary barrel; a control device is arranged at the top of the driving shaft; the base of the rotary barrel is located on a power device; the bottom of the driving shaft is connected to the power device; the rotary barrel is connected to the power device in a rotatable mode; rotating shafts are arranged on both sides of the power device; one end of each rotating shaft, connected to the power device, runs through the power device and is connected to a power rod which is arranged inside the power device; drill bits are arranged on the rotating shafts; the drill bits are connected to the rotating shafts by virtue of rotating teeth; and two supporting plates are arranged at the bottom of the power device. The impoundment-drainage desilting equipment disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, safe and convenient in use, low in investment and low in production cost, and the equipment is capable of greatly reducing labor intensity of sanitation workers and achieving technical effects of energy saving and inflow energy dissipation; and the desilting equipment is widely applicable to municipal impoundment-drainage construction.
