Lightweight fireproof insulation wall
The invention provides a lightweight fireproof insulation wall made by pouring inorganic foamed slurry into a chamber formed by steel mesh members supported by a light steel keel frame. The lightweight fireproof insulation wall is disposed within a framework formed by building pillars and beam slabs. Each steel mesh member comprises a mesh plate, reinforcing ribs, connecting strips and a long prismatic mesh; the mesh plate, the reinforcing ribs, the connecting strips and the long prismatic mesh are mutually-acting steel mesh parts made of strip steel by special equipment; the directions of the adjacent long prismatic meshes are regularly changed; the inorganic foamed flurry is made by combining foam liquid added mixed cement slurry. By means of the technique where the inorganic foamed slurry is directly poured into the chamber formed by the steel mesh members supported by a light steel keel frame, the wall is structurally integrated, cold bridge is avoided, and the wall is light in weight, fireproof and self-insulating.
