Lightweight, easily-assembled and fireproof insulation wall system
The invention relates to a lightweight, easily-assembled and fireproof insulation wall system. The system is that a standard wallboard and a filling splicing wallboard are assembled to form an integral wall system, wherein the wallboards are combined sandwich wallboards composed of calcium metasilicate boards, improved rigid foam polyurethane insulation layers and calcium metasilicate boards; embedded hook lock hardware and PVC pipelines are mounted into the combined sandwich wallboards; the construction and assembling process of the combined sandwich wallboards is that the vertical standard wallboards are spliced through hook locks; when fixedly connecting a transverse wall foundation and the building ground, U-shaped aluminum alloy and expansion screws for the building ground are fastened, then the outwards-protruded calcium metasilicate boards and the U-shaped aluminum alloy side are anchored through self-tapping screws; the vertical wallboards and the original masonry are fixedly connected by the same manner with the building ground. The system is an environmentally-friendly and energy-saving integral wall system, and easy to achieve industrial production and convenient to construct and assemble at the site; the system is outstanding in insulation performance and fireproof performance, green, environmentally friendly, and recyclable.
