The invention relates to the field of sound insulation of building, and in particular relates to an indoor sound insulation system. A sound insulation construction system comprises two composite board partition walls and a light-gage steel joist partition wall; a damping and sound insulation mat is fully paved between the two composite board partition walls; the light-gage steel joist partition wall is compositely mounted on the side surface of one of the composite board partition wall; a composite calcium silicate board and a gypsum board are sequentially composited on the other surface of the light-gage steel joist partition wall. Compared with the prior art, the sound insulation construction system has the advantages that the structure is reasonable and simple; the system mainly comprises the composite board partition walls and the light-gage steel joist partition wall; sound insulation materials for sound reduction are saved; in addition, the light-gage steel joist partition wall and the composite board partition walls are the lightweight wall bodies, so that the whole system is lightweight and environmentally friendly; the sound insulation effect level is relatively high, and the sound insulation of the wall bodies are easily up to 50db, and therefore, sound insulation work easily reaches the muting standard.
