Reinforced door frame structure
The invention discloses a reinforced door frame structure. The reinforced door frame structure mainly consists of two vertical door frames and an upper cross frame, wherein the vertical door frames comprise outer side frame materials, inner side frame materials and frame transfer materials; the outer side frame materials and the inner side frame materials are connected through thermal insulation strips; the frame transfer materials are fixed at the inner side edges of the outer side frame materials and the inner side frame materials through screws; the upper cross frame comprises an upper outer side frame material, an upper inner side frame material, a transfer material and a frame buckle cover, wherein one end of the transfer material is buckled in a notch formed by the upper outer side frame material and the upper inner side frame material at the inner side edge; a thermal insulation strip is positioned between the upper outer side frame material and the upper inner side frame material; the frame buckle cover connected with the upper outer side frame material and the upper inner side frame material is clamped at the indoor and outdoor sides of the other end of the transfer material; and a connected rectangular reinforced structural part is arranged on the outdoor surfaces of the outer side frame materials and the upper outer side frame material. The reinforced door frame structure has such characteristics as simple structure, convenience for use and mounting, capability of improving the stability of the frame and a whole door and improvement of use safety.
