The present invention relates to a cover for a tempered glass door frame having an assembly structure. More specifically, a cover surrounding a door frame includes: a first cover part (100) comprising a first bent part (110) bent at both ends in the same direction and a second bent part (120) extended from the first bent part (110) while being bent in an inward direction, and forming a space part (130) therebetween; a second cover part (200) placed opposite the first cover part (100), while comprising a third bent part (210) bent at both ends in the same direction to face the first bent part (110) and a fourth bent part (220) extended from the third bent part (210) while being bent in an inward direction to face the second bent part (120), and forming a space part (230) between the third and fourth bent parts (210, 220); and a pair of fixing clips (300) having both sides inserted into the space parts (130, 230) to fix the first and second cover parts (100, 200). Therefore, the unique purpose of the cover for a tempered glass door frame can be maintained, while one side and the other side of a cover in a divided shape are surrounded with both ends coming in contact with each other, and a fixing clip is inserted therebetween to completely fix the cover, thereby facilitating manufacturing work and enabling partial replacement due to easy combination and separation, which can lead to an excellent effect for maintenance.
본 발명은 조립구조를 갖는 강화유리도어 프레임용 커버에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 도어용 프레임을 감싸는 커버에 있어서, 양측단부에 동일한 방향으로 꺾임되는 제1꺾임부(110)와, 상기 제1꺾임부(110)에서 연장되되 내측방향으로 꺾임되는 제2꺾임부(120)로 구성되며, 그 사이에 공간부(130)를 형성하는 제1커버부(100); 상기 제1커버부(100)와 마주하게 배치되되, 양측단부에 동일한 방향으로 꺾임되어 상기 제1꺾임부(110)와 마주하는 제3꺾임부(210)와, 상기 제3꺾임부(210)에서 연장되되 내측방향으로 꺾임되어 상기 제2꺾임부(120)와 마주하는 제4꺾임부(220)로 구성되며, 상기 제3,4꺾임부(210, 220) 사이에 공간부(230)를 형성하는 제2커버부(200); 양측이 상기 공간부(130, 230)에 끼워져 제1,2커버부(100, 200)를 고정하는 한 쌍의 고정클립(300); 으로 구성되어, 강화유리도어 프레임용 커버의 본연의 목적을 그대로 유지함과 동시에, 분할된 형태로 커버의 일측과 타측을 각각 감싸되 양단부가 맞닿아지며, 그 사이에 고정클립으르 끼워 완전히 고정시킴으로써, 제작이 용이하고 손쉬운 결합 및 분리를 통해 부분적인 교체가 가능하여 유지보수에 탁월한 효과를 가질 수 있는 유용한 발명인 것이다.

The present invention relates to a cover for a tempered glass door frame having an assembly structure. More specifically, a cover surrounding a door frame includes: a first cover part (100) comprising a first bent part (110) bent at both ends in the same direction and a second bent part (120) extended from the first bent part (110) while being bent in an inward direction, and forming a space part (130) therebetween; a second cover part (200) placed opposite the first cover part (100), while comprising a third bent part (210) bent at both ends in the same direction to face the first bent part (110) and a fourth bent part (220) extended from the third bent part (210) while being bent in an inward direction to face the second bent part (120), and forming a space part (230) between the third and fourth bent parts (210, 220); and a pair of fixing clips (300) having both sides inserted into the space parts (130, 230) to fix the first and second cover parts (100, 200). Therefore, the unique purpose of the cover for a tempered glass door frame can be maintained, while one side and the other side of a cover in a divided shape are surrounded with both ends coming in contact with each other, and a fixing clip is inserted therebetween to completely fix the cover, thereby facilitating manufacturing work and enabling partial replacement due to easy combination and separation, which can lead to an excellent effect for maintenance.
