The invention discloses a construction method for connecting an external window hole reserved in a cast-in-place concrete beam of constructional engineering with a window frame, relates to a building external window and hole construction method, and solves the problem of an existing construction method for connecting the external window hole with the window frame that rainwater permeates into an external wall surface as a side seam is larger and cannot be tightly sealed, and the rainwater cannot be prevented from permeating into the external wall surface. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, mounting a template: when the external window hole reserved in the cast-in-place concrete beam is formed according to a mounting position of an external window, the temperature is used as a template of a lower window frame connection surface forming beam; when the concrete cast external window hole reaches required intensity, the template is not detached; 2, inserting a second wedge-shaped plate of a lower window frame into a first wedge-shaped groove, and inserting a first wedge-shaped plate of the template into a second wedge-shaped groove so as to tightly connect the lower window frame with the template; 3, mounting an externally hung water plate; 4, mounting pressing bars.
