The invention discloses a construction method of a pipe penetrating reserved hole in a cast-in-place concrete floor plate. The problem of how to complete forming of the pipe penetrating reserved hole in the cast-in-place concrete floor plate with high quality is solved. A traditional steel sleeve is replaced by double-layer PVC pipes which are connected together in a sleeved mode, the side wall of each PVC short pipe is cut open to obtain the PVC short pipe with an opening, and then the two PVC short pipes are connected together in a sleeved mode to achieve the effect that the interior of the sleeve is sealed. The PVC sleeve is fixed to a floor plate pouring bottom formwork through a supporting frame formed by combining a lead screw and a wood plate; concrete of a floor plate is poured, after the poured concrete is solidified and the lead screw formwork supporting frame in the casing pipe is removed, a pointed cone is inserted into the long-strip-shaped opening in the inner casing pipe, the inner casing pipe is pried inwards and taken out, the outer casing pipe is taken out with the same method, and therefore the high-quality formed pipe penetrating reserved hole is obtained.
本发明公开了一种现浇混凝土楼层板上穿管预留孔洞的施做方法，解决了如何在混凝土现浇楼层板上高质量地完成成型穿管预留孔洞的问题；用套接在一起的双层PVC管来代替传统的钢套管，在每个PVC短管的侧壁上，将其切开，得到带开口的PVC短管，再将两个PVC短管套接在一起，达到套管内被密闭的效果；通过丝杠与木板结合在一起的支撑架，将PVC套管固定在楼层板浇筑底模板上；浇筑楼层板的混凝土，待浇筑的混凝土凝固后，拆除套管内的丝杠模板支撑架后，用尖锥插入内套管上的长条形开口，将内套管向内撬起，取出内套管，用同样方法再取出外套管，从而得到高质量成型的穿管预留孔洞。
