The invention relates to a concrete hollow slender member internally provided with spiral springs. The concrete hollow slender member comprises a hollow slender concrete basal body, longitudinal ribs and a circumferential rib, wherein the longitudinal ribs and the circumferential rib are arranged in the concrete basal body. The concrete hollow slender member is characterized in that the spiral springs are respectively wound on the peripheries of the longitudinal ribs or part of the longitudinal ribs; the number of the longitudinal ribs wound by the spiral springs is not less than 1; the clear distance from each spiral spring to the outer surface of the concrete basal body is less than that from the circumferential rib to the outer surface of the concrete basal body; the length of each spiral spring is greater than 2m. The problems that the external concrete of the traditional hollow concrete members, such as pipelines, foundation piles, power poles, communication poles, lamp poles, wind power tower barrels and transformation frames which are respectively made of reinforced concrete, is easy to drop and the overall reliability of the member is low are solved fundamentally, so the compressive strength of the members is obviously increased; the bond stress of the concrete to reinforcements is increased; the cracking rate of the concrete is reduced; the surface concrete is prevented from dropping; the overload resistance of the member is enhanced.
