The problems of subsequent maintenance and reinforcement are solved; the section of the long reinforcing steel bar filled with the inner concrete is obviously increased compared with that of the reinforcing steel bar, so that the arch-shaped framework has larger bearing capacity, and compared with direct large-section steel, the framework has the advantages that a stress bearing structure is guaranteed, meanwhile, steel materials are reduced, and the material cost, the transportation cost, the manufacturing cost and the like are reduced.
