The invention discloses a grooved anti-slipping walking board. A transverse groove is formed in the left part of each panel, while a vertical groove is formed in the right part of the panel. As both the transverse groove and the vertical groove are formed in one panel, regardless of the directions of stripes on the bottoms of the shoes of a walker, one panel has a relatively large coefficient of friction with the bottoms of the shoes, and therefore, the slip resistance of the walking board is good.
