Stand column anti-slipping mechanism
The invention relates to a stand column pile pulling anti-slipping mechanism. The mechanism comprises handle devices, taper sleeve devices, a stand column, a clamping buckle and a taper rod, wherein the two handle devices are fixedly installed on the taper sleeve devices correspondingly, the two taper sleeve devices and the taper rod are installed in one end of the stand column in a matched mode,each handle device is composed of a corresponding handle and a corresponding anti-skid sleeve, the anti-skid sleeves are installed at the tail ends of the handles correspondingly, the side edges of the taper sleeve devices are provided with taper sleeves with holes, two reserved through holes are formed in the side surface of the stand column in the symmetrical direction, two ends of a V-shaped oropening-like profile are provided with a wear-resisting sleeve I and a wear-resisting sleeve II correspondingly, and the taper rod is composed of a through hole, a rod head, a rod column and a rod tail, so that slipping cannot occur when stand column pulling is conducted, and the situation that the stand column deforms and cracks or the taper sleeves slip off and fly out rapidly, so that personalinjuries to constructors are caused is avoided. The mechanism not only guarantees the safety of the constructors, but also avoids construction rework and increase of the labor cost caused by deformation, and avoids material waste.
本发明是一种立柱拔桩防脱机构,包括手柄装置、锥套装置、立柱、夹扣和锥杆,两个手柄装置分别固定安装在锥套装置上,两个锥套装置和锥杆配合安装在立柱的一端内部,所述的手柄装置是由手柄和防滑套组成,防滑套安装在手柄的末端,所述的锥套装置侧边是带孔锥套,所述的立柱的侧表面对称方向开有两个预留通孔,“V”型或类似于开口型的型材的两端各安装一个耐磨套Ⅰ和耐磨套Ⅱ,锥杆是由通孔、杆头、杆柱、杆尾组成,在拔立柱时不会滑脱,防止立柱出现变形、裂口或出现锥套滑脱急速飞出,造成施工人员人身伤害。此机构不仅保障了施工人员的安全,而且避免了由变形引起的施工返工及人力成本增加,避免造成材料的浪费。
