The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a double-face recessed conical grinding wheel. The method includes the following step that firstly, by mass, 17 parts of clay, 28 parts of dextrin solutions, 31 parts of molybdenum disilicide, 26 parts of calcite and 14 parts of cryolite are fed into a mixing barrel to be mixed evenly and then are sieved to obtain combined binding agents; secondly, the combined binding agents and abrasive materials are mixed, fed into a ball grinding mill for ball grinding and then are sieved after being discharged, and then forming materials are obtained; thirdly, the forming materials are compressed to form grinding wheel blank, and then the grinding wheel blank is placed into a drying room to be dried; fourthly, the dried grinding wheel blank is burned into a grinding wheel finished product. The method for manufacturing the double-face recessed conical grinding wheel can improve the percent of pass of finished products in the process of manufacturing the grinding wheel and also can improve the strength of the grinding wheel.
