The invention provides a ceramic internal grinding wheel grinding composite body, a double-layer grinding wheel and a preparation method. A supporting layer and a grinding layer are prepared by adopting an isostatic pressing process to obtain the ceramic internal grinding wheel grinding composite body, and then the ceramic internal grinding wheel grinding composite body is bonded with a base body by utilizing an adhesive layer to obtain the ceramic internal grinding wheel double-layer grinding wheel. According to the preparation method, the inner layer and the outer layer can be pressed at the same time, direct sintering forming is achieved, and two-time bonding is not needed; the inner layer is made of common abrasives, so that the use of superhard abrasives can be effectively reduced, the cost is reduced, the use of steel matrix materials is reduced, and the damage of high-speed operation of the grinding wheel to a machine tool can be reduced; and the isostatic pressing process is adopted, pressure is applied from the outer circle direction, and compared with conventional two-end pressurization, stress is more uniform, the inner layer and the outer layer are combined more tightly, and the problem that the double-layer grinding wheel is prone to layering and cracking during sintering and discharging is solved.
本发明提供一种陶瓷内圆磨砂轮磨削复合体及双层砂轮与制备方法,采用等静压工艺制备支撑层与磨削层,得到陶瓷内圆磨砂轮磨削复合体,再利用胶层与基体粘接,得到陶瓷内圆磨双层砂轮。本发明提供的制备方法能够同时压制内外层,直接烧结成型,不需要两次粘接;内层选择普通磨料,可以有效的减少超硬磨料的使用,降低成本,同时减少钢基体材料的使用,能够降低砂轮的高速运转对机床的损伤;采用等静压工艺,从外圆方向施加压力,与常规的两端加压相比,受力更加均匀且内外层结合更紧密,解决双层砂轮烧结出炉容易分层开裂的问题。
