The invention discloses an enhanced cement grinding aid. The enhanced cement grinding aid is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 45-70 percent of a diethanolisopropanolamine maleate compound, 5-10 percent of diethanolisopropanolamine, 3-7 percent of carboxymethyl cellulose, 5-10 percent of molasses and the balance of water. According to the enhanced cement grinding aid disclosed by the invention, by modifying the diethanolisopropanolamine, the obtained diethanolisopropanolamine maleate compound is capable of remarkably improving the early strength of a product; by reasonably adding other substances, the stability and the grinding effect of the grinding aid and the early and later strength of the product are remarkably improved, the production cost is lowered, and the comprehensive properties of the product are effectively completed, so that the performances of the product can satisfy high requirements, and the product is wide in adaptation, overcomes the dependency of the cement grinding aid to triethanolamine and tris(2-hydroxypropyl)amine and has the remarkable economical and social benefits.
