Enhanced cement grinding aid and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an enhanced cement grinding aid which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-20% of triethanolamine, 5-10% of glycerol, 5-10% of acrylic acid, 5-10% of unsaturated polyether, 5-10% of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-10% of carboxymethylcellulose, 5-10% of syrup and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing triethanolamine, glycerol, acrylic acid, unsaturated polyether and water accounting for 50-75wt% of the balance, and uniformly stirring; adding syrup and continuously stirring to obtain a mixed solution A; mixing polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose, adding the rest of water, heating, and cooling to obtain a mixed solution B; and uniformly mixing the mixed solution A and the mixed solution B to obtain the enhanced cement grinding aid. The enhanced cement grinding aid disclosed by the invention not only can assist in grinding cement clinker, but also can improve the early strength and the later strength of cement; meanwhile, the water-reducing rate of the cement can also be improved.
本发明公开了一种增强型水泥助磨剂,包括以下重量分数的原料:三乙醇胺10~20%、丙三醇5~10%、丙烯酸5~10%、不饱和聚醚5~10%、聚乙烯醇5~10%、羧甲基纤维素5~10%、糖浆5~10%、余量为水。其制备方法为:称取三乙醇胺、丙三醇、丙烯酸、不饱和聚醚、占余量50~75wt%的水并搅拌均匀;再加入糖浆并继续搅拌得到混合液A;将聚乙烯醇与羧甲基纤维素混合加入剩余的水,然后加热,冷却后得到混合液B;将混合液A与混合液B混合均匀,得到增强型水泥助磨剂。本发明的增强型水泥助磨剂既能辅助水泥熟料磨粉,又能提高水泥早期强度和后期强度的水泥助磨剂;同时还能提高水泥的减水率。
