Geopolymer-base sea-base concrete protective coating
The invention discloses a geopolymer-base sea-base concrete protective coating. Since a marine environmental area is relatively high in humidity and high in seepage pressure and contains a great amount of salt, reinforcing steel bars in concrete are likely to corrode, the concrete is likely to fracture and strip, and thus the service life of a coastal building is severely shortened. The geopolymer-base sea-base concrete protective coating is prepared from the following raw materials: dry powder water glass, slag, metakaolin, nano zinc oxide, nano titanium dioxide, a surfactant, a water-retaining agent, superfine wollastonite powder, superfine calcined kaolin, superfine aluminum oxide and ground limestone. On the basis of the geopolymer synthesis material technology, the advantages of the geopolymer such as high strength, excellent construction performance, chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and good durability are adequately utilized, a dry-mixed sea-base concrete protective coating which is high in corrosion resistance, good in durability and low in cost is prepared, and the protective coating can well fill clearances of concrete, can prevent the reinforcing steel bars in the concrete from being corroded, and is durable.
