Light-weight haydite prepared from semicoke and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a light-weight haydite prepared from semicoke and a preparation method thereof. The light-weight haydite prepared from semicoke is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 50-90% of semicoke, 0-15% of regulator, 5-20% of adhesive and 2-10% of water. The semicoke is industrial waste of heat power plants after combustion; the regulator is Bayer-process red mud, which is industrial waste residue of the aluminum oxide production process; and the adhesive is coal gangue. The preparation method of the light-weight haydite comprises the following steps: 1) crushing the raw materials, metering, milling, and balling; 2) drying the balls; 3) sintering; and 4) cooling. The method has the advantages of abundant raw material sources and lower energy consumption, recovers the waste, and obtains favorable economic benefit and social benefit. Besides, the method also has the advantages of simple required equipment, low production cost, low energy consumption and environmental protection, and is easy to operate and beneficial to industrialized production.
