High-performance autoclaved shell haydite prepared from calcium carbide mud residue and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-performance autoclaved shell haydite prepared from calcium carbide mud residue and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance autoclaved shell haydite comprises a core and a shell, wherein the core is prepared from calcium carbide mud residue, a water reducing agent and a siliceous raw material; and the siliceous raw material comprises two parts, one part is fly ash and/or konilite, and the other part is quartz sand. In the core, the effective calcium/silicon ratio of the mixture composed of the calcium carbide mud residue and fly ash and/or konilite is (0.7-1.1):1, and the water reducing agent accounts for 0.3-3 wt% in the mixture slurry. The preparation method comprises the following steps: core raw material slurrying, granulating, balling, shell making, natural curing, autoclave curing and the like. The high-performance autoclaved shell haydite uses industrial wastes as the main raw materials, and does not need clay, shale or other natural light-weight aggregates. The high-performance autoclaved shell haydite can be prepared by autoclave curing without roasting. The method can save the production cost and energy consumption; and the prepared haydite is a green harmless building light-weight aggregate.
