The invention relates to a ceramic knife, belonging to the producing and processing preparation field of ceramic products. The ceramic knife is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-45 parts of aluminum oxide, 20-35 parts of zirconium oxide, 10-20 parts of iron oxide, 10-20 parts of calcium oxide and 0.5-10 parts of magnesium oxide. A preparation method for the ceramic knife comprises the following steps: mixing and batching the components in proportion; pressing a green body, removing a binder from the green body, performing GPS+HIP processing, performing cutter sharpening on a blade, installing a handle, performing test cutting, packaging and inspecting, thereby obtaining a ceramic knife finished product. The ceramic knife has the characteristics of high hardness, high density, high-temperature resistance, magnetization resistance, oxidization resistance, and the like.
