According to the preparation method of the ceramic fettling knife for electroceramic dry molding, spherical alpha alumina powder with different particle sizes is subjected to grain composition and then mixed with yttria-stabilized zirconia powder to serve as ceramic powder, and a surface modifier is adopted for carrying out surface modification treatment on the ceramic powder, so that the ceramic fettling knife for electroceramic dry molding is obtained. A feed is prepared from 88-92 wt.% of the ceramic powder subjected to surface modification treatment, 5-8 wt.% of an organic plasticizer and 0.5-5 wt.% of a sintering aid, injection molding, extraction dewaxing, drying and sintering are conducted in sequence, and the ceramic fettling knife is obtained. The ceramic fettling knife for dry forming of electroceramics is prepared by adopting a one-time sintering process, the size shrinkage rate is low, the appearance is regular, the blade is sharp, the difficulty of a grinding process is reduced, meanwhile, the ceramic fettling knife has good wear resistance and bending strength, and the service life is long.
本发明属于陶瓷材料技术领域,具体涉及电瓷干法成型用陶瓷修坯刀及其制备方法。所述电瓷干法成型用陶瓷修坯刀的制备方法,采用不同粒径的球形α氧化铝粉进行颗粒级配后,与钇稳定氧化锆粉混合作为陶瓷粉体,并采用表面改性剂对陶瓷粉体进行表面改性处理,按照表面改性处理的陶瓷粉体88‑92wt.%、有机塑化剂5‑8wt.%、烧结助剂0.5‑5wt.%的比例制备喂料,依次进行注射成型、萃取脱蜡、烘干、烧结,得到陶瓷修坯刀。本发明采用一次烧成工艺制备电瓷干法成型用陶瓷修坯刀,尺寸收缩率低,外型规整,刀刃锋利,降低了磨削工艺难度,同时兼具良好的耐磨性和弯曲强度,使用寿命长。
