Manufacturing method of noctilucent ceramic tile
The invention provides a manufacturing method of a noctilucent ceramic tile. The method comprises the following steps: performing ball milling on raw materials of potash feldspar, soda feldspar, porcelain stone, pyrophyllite, diopside, kaolin, high-aluminum stone, Xinyang soil, black mud and potassium-sodium feldspar to form slurry, drying in a drying tower until the water content is not more than 6.5% to obtain powder, and pressing the powder into a blank; firing the blank at a high temperature of 1200-1250 DEG C to obtain a ceramic tile with the water absorption rate of 1+/-0.5%; and slightly modifying, and firing in a roller kiln at a high temperature of 1200 DEG C. The noctilucent ceramic tile manufactured by the method provided by the invention can resist high temperatures of more than 1200 DEG C, is highly reflective, cannot deform or change color, and can achieve different prompting effects after being manufactured into different shapes.
