The invention discloses a noctilucent door and a manufacturing method thereof. The noctilucent door comprises a door body. The outer surface of the door body is sequentially provided with a noctilucent paint layer and a varnish layer. The method sequentially includes the following steps that S1, the noctilucent paint is coated on the outer surface of the door body to form the noctilucent paint layer; S2, the noctilucent paint layer is dried; S3, the varnish is coated on the surface of the dried noctilucent paint to form the varnish layer; S4, the varnish layer is dried. The noctilucent door and the manufacturing method have the advantages that the noctilucent door manufactured through the method is high in luminescent intensity and long in duration of light, grinding is conducted before the noctilucent paint is coated and the varnish is coated, the coated surface is made to be neat, and the coated paint is not prone to falling, so that the luminescence property of the noctilucent door is guaranteed, the anti-corrosion purpose is achieved, and thus the service life of the noctilucent door is prolonged.
