The invention discloses translucent glaze materials and a preparation method and application of the translucent glaze materials. The preparation method includes the steps that first, common glaze fusion blocks are mixed and sintered for 4-30 hours at the temperature of 700-950 DEG C, and prefabricated materials are obtained; by weight, 30-80% of the prefabricated materials, 5-36% of feldspar-category materials, 15-30% of clay-category materials and 0-7% of quartz-category materials are subjected to ball milling mixing and spraying drying and pulverized so that the translucent glaze materials can be obtained. The translucent glaze materials and other fabric raw materials are randomly distributed, then, the translucent glaze materials are combined with backing materials, ceramic tiles comprising translucent glaze textures are obtained according to preparation of subsequent production procedures of the ceramic tiles, a translucent glaze part does not have obvious bubbles, the boundary between the translucent glaze part and a non-transparent ceramic phase part is clear, a stereoscopic decorative effect is good, the ceramic tiles are better in bending strength and abrasion resistance than microlite ceramic tiles, and the ceramic tiles comprising the translucent glaze textures can be applied to decoration of various indoor walls and floors.
