Reactive organosilicon waterproofing agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a reactive organosilicon waterproofing agent as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: selecting reactive MDTQ silicon resin as a base raw material, matching methyl polysiloxane containing a reactive silicon functional group or a modifier or a room-temperature curing catalyst in an organic solvent, and preparing the reactive organosilicon waterproofing agent by compounding chemical and physical methods. The organosilicon waterproofing agent can be sprayed on a to-be-waterproofed base body for waterproofing or can be added to a to-be-waterproofed organic material, so as to form a waterproof material with an interpenetrating network structure or a hard/soft block by cross-linking and solidification in the base material. According to the method, the functional assistants such as a cross-linking agent, graphite, metal powder, color paste, an enhancer, a high-temperature resistant assistant, a mildew preventive and a corrosion inhibitor can be selected and added according to the special requirements of users on the waterproofing agent; a plurality of methods such as spraying, brushing, rolling or soaking can be adopted to construct when the organosilicon waterproofing agent is applied; and the organosilicon waterproofing agent is cured at a room temperature after being constructed.
