The stress control type reinforcement enclosure structure comprises at least one layer of geomat and a stress application device. The geomat comprises a geogrid, geotechnical non-woven fabric and filler from outside to inside, the geotechnical non-woven fabric is laid on the inner side of the geogrid, and the filler is arranged on the inner side of the geotechnical non-woven fabric. The stress application device comprises an upper supporting and pressing plate, a lower supporting and pressing plate, and a tension component arranged between the upper supporting and pressing plate and the lower supporting and pressing plate and used for tensioning the upper supporting and pressing plate and the lower supporting and pressing plate.
